“ Classic burger joint....good hamburgers hotdogs and fries as well as onion rings and if you cant decide between the 2 you can get a half and half which is half fries half onion rings the best of both worlds....but that's not all they serve breakfast lunch and dinner....nothing like a good old country livermush and egg sandwich to start the day with a side of potato rounds....and for dinner they have country style steak and gravy....they have garden fresh chef salads with your choice of ham Turkey and chicken or enjoy a BBQ salad or BBQ plate and they also have a country classic chuck wagon sandwich....they have wings with homemade creamy ranch....and for your sweet tooth they have milkshakes as well as soft serve ice cream cones....2 cookie offerings chocolate chuck and oatmeal raisin which both are good but I prefer the chocolate chuck put it in the microwave for about 15secs and its money....by the way the cookies are huge on this day I got a What A Cheeseburger all the way and a small onion ring to take to work for lunch can't go wrong ”
“ I’ve been eating What a Burger for many years now. This was my first time coming to this location. I have to say that this is the best one that I’ve been to. The What-a-Hamburger I had here is one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life, and I have eaten many many burgers in my lifetime. Definitely recommend getting a cherry lemon to go a long with your burger. The ladies working up front were nice and it didn’t take us too long to get our food. I highly recommend this location ”
“ Food is always great and staff is always friendly. Don't go here thinking it'll look super modern and up to date. Its an old school burger joint that looks like it. The burgers are awesome though. Make sure you go to this location on Old Charlotte Highway though. Don't go to the one in downtown concord. ”
“ It's a nice simple burger place. The staff was all very friendly and the prices were great. The food was very good. I like the potato rounds and a What-A-Cheeseburger. Don't miss out on this place! ”
“ Food was good.. service was good although they got me a small fries when I ordered the large. Regardless of how the photo look the burger was a 10/10 ”
“ The food was good and not expensive. The regular cheeseburger was a nice size. Perfect size for me. The hush puppies were really good not greasy. Their vanitshake was good as well. For the price and quality of food. I would say it is amazing. It is about 40 minutes from me. I plan to return and try their breakfast. Oh and the customer service was A-1. They acknowledged me when I walked in. While helping another customer. They were patient with answering questions. The place is clean. It reminds me of a small town burger joint. Nothing fancy. Just authentic to its roots. My total was over 10. However, you could easily eat under 10 tax included. Over all awesome experience. ”
“ Visited What-A-Burger restaurant when passing by to head to work. This is a quaint little restaurant with southern hospitality. I purchased the What-A-Cheeseburger, crinkle fries, white slaw and a lemonade. The What-A-Cheeseburger was Amazing! It reminded me of Sonic's burgers. The only difference was their burgers were huge! The fries were hot and fries, you just have to add your own seasonings. The white slaw was really good. I had the choice between the white coleslaw which was mayonnaise-based or the red coleslaw which was vinegar based. The lemonade was heavenly! Just the right amount of lemons and sugar! I really enjoyed my meal. Not, to mention that my entire meal was less than 12. Wow! I will definitely be coming back to this location. I would like to recognize the lovely Hannah and Shawna who were really welcoming, knowledgeable of the menu items and provided excellent service! Thank you! ”
“ Breakfast? I have gone to this location for many years and chowed down on the burgers, dogs, fries and O-Rings and didn’t notice they were even open for breakfast. Now I’m hooked! Order the 2 egg plate and probably get 3 real eggs and I’ve had sausage, bacon, the livermush and today I tried the country ham. All excellent! I’m not even going to state the cost of breakfast because maybe they are not charging me enough. If this kind of cuisine seems unhealthy just drop by and check how many senior citizens are eating there everyday! No bagels and LOX who needs that?? 5 STAR! FIVE The burgers and lunch and dinner choices are just too good! People start coming in at or before 9 am and order the burgers ... puts pressure on cutting breakfast off too early! If you want a late breakfast meal you will probably need to order a burger here because the local customers want the burgers as early as possible! Could be they sell out of grits too early! I'm also addicted to their onion rings! ”
